Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Show Stopper Scrubz! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on our shipping procedures.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events.
  •  Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery, typically within 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available on select items. Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to be eligible for next-day delivery.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider. Delays may occur due to weather, high demand, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will apply to your order total. We use standard shipping fees based off of product weight. 
  • Expedited Shipping: Charges for expedited shipping will vary based on location and package weight. The cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unused, unworn items in original condition.
