At SSS, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
    • Undergarments
    • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Worn or laundered scrubs

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at customerservice@showstopperscrubz.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions for the return process.
  3. Ship Back the Items: After receiving your authorization, please pack the items securely and ship them back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund once the item is returned.
