First off...love the material. It's very lightweight and breathable.
I held them up to my Figs. I wear a Medium pant in Figs and that was the same size as your large ones (just for comparison). The top I wear a large in Figs and a large in yours is perfect too.
So the pants I thought I would like the least I actually loved. The ones that tie on the bottom. The fit is great and they look super cute on. Also I love the design of the pockets on that one.

I've had a few employees ask me about them, BUT there have been several patients that commented how much they love them and the color!
